Title: LoadID Name and Default Value dissapear when updating Application
Post by: 2ma2 on February 25, 2013, 02:46:35 PM
We have added new fields to ApplicationGroup:

Following I update the Application in Load Information, Preprocessor Parameters, by adding LoadId Name and Default value
for these fields and click ok.

But after this action all the LoadID Names and Default Values, including the previous ones, are gone
And we, off course, receive message, since some fields are not initiated:
+ARS1130E BAPOD01 15 FIELDS SUBMITTED BY THE INDEXER, 22 EXPECTED.

The odd thing is that we have 3 OnDemand systems/servers, all with same release 8.4.1
But this only happening at the 2 of the servers. And from the same ADM. Client.

All APPLICATION GROUP DB NAMES except this one are beeing blanked

APPLICATION GROUP DB NAME:  StatusDato
LOAD ID NAME:               StatusDato
DEFAULT VALUE:                   >>t<<
FORMAT:                     %Y-%m-%d
EMBEDDED:
LEADING:
TRAILING:

I have administrator privileges.
Administrator client is version 8.4.1.0

The first thing I'd do is get on the latest 8.5.0.x Administrative Client.

It's fully supported with both 8.5 and 8.4.1.

8.4.1.0 is really old.
