explore the system log id with the same event ID associated with the 88 record and post results..

check if arscach dirs are full?

To add to Jeff's suggestion...

Check cache filesystems -- are they mounted?  Do you have permission to write to them?
Check on TSM if you're using it -- is TSM up?  Is the password for the node in the Storage Set defintion correct? Has the node ID password expired inside TSM?  Is there an error message in TSM (query actlog begindate=<date> begintime=<time>).
Are there any errors in your Event Monitor that give a hint as to what the issue is?

Thanks Justin, the problem was that the services TSM were not available.
