The application >< does not exist within the application group >SECURITY<

Why am I getting this error even after defining the application in the AG - security?

can you post the full error message, the file name, and the arsload command you are using?

Have you tried specifying the application name on the arsload command line with -a?

-JD.

You can get this message if you have more than one application defined to the AG and you don't specify the application name in the load

Hi ,

Thanks!
Yes I had mentioned the -a while running the arsload. The report was not loading when I was trying to load it autmatically, manually it was loading everytime.
Later on I found out that the daemons (-g and -a) were setup differently for the unix directory where the file was coming from upstream

Thanks!
