Title: CMOD ver 9.5 - Opening Multiple Documents at the same time - error
Post by: sbrant@cliu.com on July 13, 2016, 07:52:38 PM

When I select multiple documents within a folder and then select the "view all selected" option, it will only open one document and sends me the following error "The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."  Then a second message stating the document is not displayable or printable.

Our documents open in PDF.  Does anyone know what I need to configure/setup/turn on to get multiple documents to open in PDF??

Thanks

What version of the client do you have?  I was able to open successfully multiple PDF's with version 9.5.0.3. from a 9.0.0.6 server.

App is setup with Data Type "user defined", file extension "PDF".

Adobe Reader version XI.

Perhaps make sure that your PDF extension on the desktop is for Adobe Reader and not Adobe Acrobat...(that is just a guess)
