Title: How to display the Ondemand version
Post by: hsoares on February 10, 2009, 05:25:09 PM
I believe there is a command that displays the version/maintenance level of the Ondemand being executed under z/OS, but I cannot find it. Does anybody know it?
Thank you.

My usual method is to generate a Summary report (AG, APP, etc) from the Admin client and View it to look at the report headings. Shows CLient and Server release levels.

From within OMVS issue the arsload command without any arguments:

(It won't do anything other than show the help and a couple options)

/usr/lpp/ars/V8R4M0/bin>arsload
arsload: Using /ars/tmp for temporary files
Usage: arsload ?options? ?load_file?
        Version: 8.4.0.2
