What will be the best approach to upgrade CMOD archive storage from TSM 7.1.1.100 AIX 7.1.1.100 to Spectrum Protect 8.1.12 RHEL 8.6 ?

We are upgrading CMOD 8.5 to 10.5 , any suggestions for TSM upgrade as mentioned above will be appreciated
