Title: Is DOC_NAME unique across AG's

Given the following  Load ID: 34197-1-0-31008FAA-15377-15377

Is the DOC_NAME root 31008FAA unique across different AG's ?

It's doubtful that the DOC_NAME would be unique across AG's.  That's a counter that's internal to each AG so any number of AG's could contain the same DOC_NAME.

It's not unique across App groups.
