We have an application load job that at random times stops loading files. The job appears to be running but no loads are occurring. When I kill the process and restart it the files start loading. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Perhaps try adding -T Fully-qualified tracefile-name to your arsload command and see if produces a trace?
