Hello everyone,
When Opening PDFs using thick Client 32-bit, I now get the error below.  Please note that, I recently had the Client & Admin reinstalled onto my workstation.  Any reason or where I should check to resolve this issue?

" \plug_ins\ARSPDF32.API could not be loaded "

CMOD for Multiplatforms / ARSJESD

Hello,
Our problem is with ARSJESD, the files that normally come in after sent from the mainframe get processed and this directory remains empty. We're seeing some file processed correctly and others are not.  We reviewed the capture log file and for the files that are not being removed we noticed the OUTGRP=LAST record is not in the log.  This is what's causing the files to be left behind because the script that removes them never finds the OUTGRP=LAST.  This started after an upgrade to RHEL8.  We think there is an issue with the ARSJESD, can you support. Any info is appreciated.

Thanks for your recommendation.  I will share this with the team.

Hello, my team tried to upgrade CMOD to v10.0.5.7 and had to rollback due to installer issues.  Team rolled back from a snapshot prior to the upgrade.  Now some of the incoming CMOD report files are failing to load with the error below.  Has anyone experienced this and or can provide some insight into a resolution?

An error occured.  Consult the sys admin and system log
"Unable to store object >2546258<  Object size 300"

Thanks for the information guys.  We were able to contact a sales rep that also provided direction to obtain the software needed. Thanks again and have a good weekend.

The process fails in IBM PA.  The Spectrum Protect product do not show up, in our entitlement, even thought we pay for maintenance, for CMOD.   I have tried searching many different ways but  does not show up to be available for down load.  It would be helpful if we also knew the product ID for Spectrum Protect for Content Manager OnDemand for the windows version but can't seem to find that either.

Hello,
We've been unsuccessful trying to download the Spectrum Protect8.1 from IBM passport advantage.  We still pay maintenance on CMOD and we thought Spectrum Protect would come with this.  Has anyone had this issue and was able to resolve?

Content Navigator / ARSDOCGET Command scripts
February 11, 2022, 03:34:30 PM
Hi all,
Just a question here.  I have an "arsdocget" command script to pull back report files from CMOD archives based on load id & rpt name.  However is there a known arsdocget command script that includes a date range parameter to pull multiple report files at once?  An example of a command is shown below that pulls on one report file.

arsdoc get -vh localhost -u CMODLOAD -p /export/home/cmod/loaddstash -G MLICA_AG5_DF -X 88162-1-0-37348FAA-20210722000000-20210722000000-148004 -caN -d /cmod/Mike -o /MLICA_AG5_DF.ML000019-DF.20210722204524097590.ARD

Content Navigator / CMOD PDF Fails to Load
January 25, 2022, 10:30:01 PM
I'm trying to reload a PDF file however it fails to load because CMOD gives the error "Fails to load because a previous failed file of the same name needs to be unloaded"?  How can a file that failed to load be unloaded?  There's no record of the failed file's LoadId in the System Load to unload.  Tried attaching a doc, but it's not working.  Anyone ever experience this before?

Error Code -
"Loading was unable to continue due to encountering a previously failed load of the same name that has yet to be unloaded"

Our ICN v3.03 was migrated to the cloud on 03/19.  Now the AFP report data is out of alignment when viewing the documents in ICN CMOD.  The data has shifted to the left of the page.  This includes the older past reports that have loaded as well.  I'm told it is possibly a font issue but I also thought to leave a message here to see if anyone has any thoughts on what could be causing this issue.
