Upgrading from 9.5.0.0 - 9.5.0.2, License question

Hello,

I am applying the fix pack for 9.5.0.2 for a customer and I am getting the following message. We use UVU licenseing. I am not sure which option to chose. Any help would be appreciated.

Figured this out.

The answer can be either yes or no. The installer is laying down the software tag file for the license type. The swtag file it tried to replace is already there with the same date. InstallAnywhere says it's newer.
