8.4.1 System Load Application Group

Doing the upgrade and trying to figure out what creating the optional  System Load Application Group does for me especially since it cautions that it could impact loading performance.  MP under AIX 5.3 upgrading to 4.1.5
Any thoughts?

Hi Walt.

The way I look at the System Load AG is -- if enabling it is going to bring down your server and processes and timelines -- you probably have bigger problems to be worrying about.  :)

The impact of collecting a little more data and inserting an extra couple of rows into a database table shouldn't be cause for great concern.
