Check for other error messages beside this one in your System Log.  Also, check the TSM activity log around the same time for failed logins and such.  Let us know what you find.

Concurring with what Derek says, especially looking for a ARS0020E message right before the 113E.

And guessing that maybe you're using OAM?  Anything on that side?

some things .. I do not use TSM .. no use OAM .. I'm migrating from HFS to VSAM directly and no message AR00020E
