arsload not loading data after updating existing storage set with new node

I went through the exercise of registering a new node, (new devclass, domain, policyset, mgmtclass), validate and activate.  The last command was the register node, which I included the password.  I then went to the OnDemand Administrator and updated an existing storage set, by adding the new node and making that the Load Data, and unchecking the Load data for the previous node for the same storage set.  I gave it the same password as what I set it to in TSM.  I go to now run arsload and I keep getting the following:
An error occurred.  Contact your system administrator and/or consult the System Log.  File=arsadmp.c, Line=1252
Unable to store the object >6<.  Object size 112454
I then switch the new node for the previous node on the existing Storage Set and the arsload process works.
There are the following two messages in TSM every time I try to run against the new node:
09/30/14   13:08:47      ANR0406I Session 14 started for node DISK3YROD (ONDEMAND)
                          (Tcp/Ip ci00d06(43164)). (SESSION: 14)
09/30/14   13:08:47      ANR0403I Session 14 ended for node DISK3YROD (ONDEMAND).
                          (SESSION: 14)
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue could be?  I have deleted, then reregistered the node in TSM, but am getting the same errors.

Check the TSM Activity Log, it may yield more clues as to what's wrong.
