Anyone had concerns on the time shown in 67 & 66 message?

I wonder how CMOD calculated the timing on 66 retrieve AFP and 67 retrieve resource message. ???

It's the amount of time CMOD took to prepare the data to be sent to the client.  Network latency / client responsiveness aren't accounted for.
