No Duments meet the search criteria

Hi,

I have an 8.5.0.7.
We just got an Id created for PROD and DR with user access and permissions.
And when we search with the ID in PROD folder, it gives the correct result of 6 documents but when we do the same search in DR, it gives "No Documents meet the search criteria".

I have searched the DR folder with admin ID and it gives 6 documents as a search result.
I have compared all the permissions and user access along with the security settings and query restrictions in both PROD and DR.
Everything is same but still I am facing issue with the test ID in DR.

Please help/suggest.

Thanks
AD.

Hello,

I am not sure that I can help... but I want to understand something... how are your 2 CMOD database kept in sync?

I mean you created both users in Prod and DR, but what about your documents? Do you do a parallel load, or do you do some sync of some tables?
What about the internal table of CMOD, the ARS% tables... how do you keep them in sync?

Hi Alessandro,

It is asynchronous. Files are loaded parallel y on DR.

Sounds like your access permissions aren't in sync.  Delete the user in DR, and export them from Prod to DR.  If that doesn't work, then check the group permissions.
