CC is 'Yes' and page break is wierd

I have a report which is generated by mainframe. when I create an application and open Visual Indexer to set Index values, it doesn't break the page where it should.

OnDemand has a default NewPage value that is "1" and my report has a column like this

so each line goes to the new page because it starts with 1 and Ondemand removes '1' so it showes '991' instead of '1991'

Please let me know the issue.

Your report actually appears to be CC=NO if the '1991' starts in column 1.  Try changing the Data Format.
