Issue with CMOD 10.1 and Content Collector for SAP 4.0

Hi all

While starting archpro process I get the following error:

CSS0326E: ArchPro is informed that OD agent 12779662 has failed in checking the archive servers.

In the tracefile I see:

clientod.c          [ 3185]: do_InitOD(): OnDemand DLL could not been loaded, because error 1 -> RC is set to CS_RC_OD_ERROR (-262)

Messages Guide gives no hint.

Anybody has an idea?

No replies , but this error is now solved.

Bottom Line, I forgot to set these 2 variables before starting content collector for SAP

export ARS_ARSCMNSTR_INSTALL_DIR=/opt/IBM/ondemand/V10.1/bin/exits
export ARS_INSTALL_SERVER_V101_DIR=/opt/IBM/ondemand/V10.1
