Unable to upgrade ODWEK to Version 10.1 from 9.5

We are trying to upgrade the ODWEK on our Linux machine  from current version 9.5 to 10.1 but we are not able to do it.
The instructions we have given to our admin folks and Unix team are created by following the IBM Readme text file but are specific to our app.

Can somebody look at our instructions attached and let us know what possibly is being done incorrectly.

You say you're not able to do it, but you haven't provided any explanation as to why not.  You need us to help us to help you by giving us information - usually starting with software versions for your operating system, database, cmod, and any other requisites, but also including error messages, and details about what you expected to happen, and how what happened differed from your expectations, or any error messages you received, and what you've done to try and correct them.
