Graphical Indexer

We have upgraded our Windows server to 2016 servers for PDF/Indexer.  We have a graphical indexer file that keeps failing.  The name is RUBY2-V01.WR687P01-V01.WR687R01.pdf.08312020.094751.ARD.  We are receiving the error:

We think we have fixed this error but now receiving:

Also, we are upgrading from 10.1 to 10.5.

Can you provide the actual arsload command you're running?  Or is arsload running as a daemon?

Both errors seem like they might be related to problems with having spaces in file paths or AG names.

This issue looks it may be remedied by enabling short names on the Windows 2016 server. - applicable when there are embedded spaces in the installation path. You can find details here:
