ARSUUPDT (Report specifications archive definition exit)

I am looking for the ARSUUPDT program, which according to Appendix C in the Installation & Config Guide, should exist in the 'exits' directory.  But I am unable to find this file anywhere under /usr/lpp/ars.  I want the C source for this program ... I think this exit would be useful in certain instances.

Does anyone know where I can find the source for arsuupdt??

We are using server 7.1.2.3 for Multiplatforms on AIX.
