PDF compatibility

I have some PDFs that fail to load into CMOD with Memory fault error.
On checking with Acrobat preflight tool, I see that the PDFs that do not load are compatible with Acrobat 6 and above only.

The ones that load are compatible with Acrobat 4 and above.

How and where can I check the PDFIndexer compatibility with the PDF file version?
