Data Format
Resource Information
Output Information
Exit Information

Can anybody give the snapshots of Report Wizard indexing properties or else any information.....

Have you tried the online help?  Have you read the documentation?  Is there something in the help or documentation that you don't understand, or you don't think is accurate?
