IBM eclient OD connector compatibility with v9 of OnDemand?

The eclient's OD connector has been deprecated, but it is still available with CM8 v8.4.3 and we are using for CMOD v8.5.  I haven't yet found whether the OD connector for the eclient will still work with CMOD v9?  Is anyone else using this?  (we are running on Windows servers)
