Line Data files converting | to !

Hi All,

We receive a line-data (.RPT) file in OnDemand that contains | delimiters. Once loaded into OnDemand, or opened with the OnDemand Administrator within the application, these | (pipe) delimiters are showing up as an exclamation point.

I viewed the file before it is sent down and I see the | delimiters.

I have not experienced this before and I am wondering if anybody has seen this before, and know a possible solution. We are using 8.4.0.3 and AIX 5.3.

I'm not sure... but it feels like a codepage problem. What codepage do you use in CMOD? What codepage do you use in your text file?

I am using a codepage of 500 in my indexer information.
