TSM ts3310 Cleaning Tape Replacement

We will soon need to replace our TSM ts3310 cleaning tape and I am finding a lot of confusing information about the process of changeing the tape.

We have the cleaning Frequency set as NONE,  and I have not found a clear way that the replacement is to be done using NONE in the frequency. From what I have read the normal checkout and checkin process does not appear to work for this.

Does anyone have any knowledge or suggestions on the tape replacement?
