Failed retrieving document

Other documents worked fine but on some documents I'd get this weird error:

com.ibm.edms.od.ODException: The user is not permitted to perform the operation

This exception occurred sometimes on either on ODHit.getDocument() or ODHit.retrieve() or even on both methods.

Can you give us some more information?  Platform, versions, error messages from the System Log, and a description of what you've done to try to resolve the issue?

Solved.  The account that I was using access to multiple application groups.  As it turns out that account didn't have the proper setup in other application groups.  After our sys admin granted additional permissions, problem solved.
