Hi All,

I am facing an issue while using ACIF indexer to load AFP documents in AIX environment.

The report consits of 590 pages out of which I could see only one page when I try to view it through CMOD client.
But system log says that all the pages are loaded successfully. Below is the indexer information used.

Application Indexer Configuration:
CC=YES
CCTYPE=A
CONVERT=YES
CPGID=500
MCF2REF=CPCS
TRC=NO
FORMDEF=F1FMMST
FDEFLIB=/opt/DocuCorp/dmkr/claimspc/mrl/fontlib31
FONTLIB=/opt/DocuCorp/dmkr/claimspc/mrl/fontlib31
OVLYLIB=/opt/DocuCorp/dmkr/claimspc/mrl/fontlib31
PDEFLIB=/opt/DocuCorp/dmkr/claimspc/mrl/fontlib31
PSEGLIB=/opt/DocuCorp/dmkr/claimspc/mrl/fontlib31
BREAK=YES
GROUPMAXPAGES=9999
TYPE=PAGE
EXTENSIONS=RESORDER
FILEFORMAT=STREAM
DCFPAGENAMES=NO
UNIQUEBNGS=YES
RESFILE=SEQ
RESTYPE=ALL
IMAGEOUT=ASIS
INDEXOBJ=ALL

Could any one temme how to resolve this issue ?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Why do you post that in the group "Off Topic" ??? nobody will see it!! since it's off topic :-D

Well, could you please run the following command and give me the output?

arsafpd -d -i file.afp |grep -E '[[:space:]]([BE]DT|[BE]NG|[BE]PG|TLE)[[:space:]]'

That would help to understand how the AFP looks like internally.

(I suppose you are using CMOD V9.X)

I'm sorry ...As am new to the group doesn't know where to post :(

Sorry for the long gap !! And I found the solution..

It's because of the missing tags in the file and the directories were not configured properly.

The EPG tags were missing in the file.
