Hi All

I used adobe acrobat to create PDF applications in cmod (with sample data in tab indexer information)
But now i have to use CutePDF pro for this. But i cannot get it working.
Does anybody have any experience with any non Adobe Acrobat PDF software to get it working together with cmod?

Thx Michel.

Hi Michel.

When trying to associate PDFs to open with a different app, choose the User Defined data type in the Application Config, and set the MIME-type for PDFs.  Then associate that MIME-type with your CutePDF Pro app at the operating system & browser level.

I'm not sure if this breaks the PDF indexer though.  I've never done it myself.

Thx JD.

Tried this , but didn't help.
Still get the error message:   Adobe Acrobat (AcroExch.App rc=-2147467259)  could not be loaded.
IBM support site suspects that is has got something to do with : arspdf32.api . With Adobe , this is copied to plugins directory.

I have created an IBM PMR. Will update.

Kind regards,

Michel.

Update from PMR IBM. CutePDF Pro is not supported.
Only Adobe Acrobat.

Michel.
