CMOD Certification Exam?

Does anyone know what the plan for CMOD certifications is?  I was planning to take Exam C2070-985: IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Content Manager OnDemand for MP and zOS V9.0, but it was withdrawing on March 31st, 2018.  I assumed it would be reposted for a newer version of CMOD, but it has yet to be reposted and currently there are no CMOD-related exams posted on http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/exams.html .
