ARSYSPIN user exits

Has anyone written a user exit for ARSYSPIN - particularly exit 5?  Exit 5 is supposed to be able to dynamically change the application group and application name when shipping to OnDemand. The manuals are very vague, and no examples or sample code in the install library exist. Reaching out to IBM support confirmed the weak documentation, but they offered to write the exit for us - for a price.

Sorry, only have 01 and 06 deployed for ARSYSPIN.  It is in assembler so I struggle whenever I need to look at it!

I need a sample UX06 to add a piece of code to suppress "begin" and "end" records in output stream file produced by arsyspin program.

I am running CMOD 10.1 on zos 2.3.  Would you mind sending me a sample copy of UX06 "separator record processing" source whether assembler or cobol (no matter).
