Oracle Update V17 to V19

Hi
Just a quick question about the Oracle Version.

After the Update from V17 to V19 do I have to run the arsdb commands ?  :o

./arsdb -I DB -efv
./arsdb �uv -I DB
./arsdb -I DB -rfv
./arsdb �sv -I DB

or is this just for the Update from the CMOD Version ...

That's only for CMOD version upgrades.
