How to upload a document to test from OD client

I am new to On Demand product but have good knowledge on ECM like FileNet. Currently i have installed CMOD server v8.5 on windows2k8 R2 and Client on WindowsXP.
The installation and configuration of CMOD is done successfully. But i am not sure how to upload a data or report into the repository to test from client.
Can anyone help me into this?

Hi Hrushi.

Loads are performed at the command line.  You'll need to open a command window and run the 'arsload' command.  You really need to read the manuals to get a good idea of how this works.
